Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of account credentials, and using the website only for lawful purposes. Suncoast may limit or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the site, or store operations.
Research Use Only purchasing
Products offered by Suncoast Compounds are intended solely for laboratory, analytical, and research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchases and intended research activities comply with applicable laws, institutional requirements, and laboratory procedures.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, batch documentation where available, shipping details, and applicable policies before ordering, and for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Orders and order acceptance
Submitting or placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for inventory availability, payment verification, fraud prevention, shipping restrictions, and other reasonable validation. An order may be declined, held for review, or otherwise not accepted when a reasonable validation issue exists.
Payment verification
Payment information and transactions may be reviewed or verified through the payment methods and processors made available at checkout. Additional verification may be requested when reasonably necessary to protect the customer or Suncoast from unauthorized or suspicious activity.
Pricing errors
Suncoast may correct obvious pricing, product, or checkout errors identified before fulfillment. If a material error affects an order, the customer may be contacted with the available options before the affected item is fulfilled.
Inventory and availability
Product availability may change. If inventory becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Suncoast Support may contact the customer regarding available resolution options.
Order cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Whether a request can be completed depends on the order's current processing and fulfillment status and any applicable published policy. This section does not create a guaranteed cancellation window or cancellation fee.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, processing information, tracking, delivery guidance, and related limitations are described in the Shipping policy. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address and reviewing tracking information when provided.
Review ShippingReturns, claims, replacements, and refunds
Damaged, missing, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise eligible order issues should be submitted through Suncoast's structured claims workflow. The Returns & Refunds policy explains the applicable claim window, supporting evidence, review process, and possible approved resolutions. Customers should not return products unless Suncoast authorizes the return.

Suncoast may review, pause, decline, or restrict transactions or account activity that reasonably appears fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, intentionally misleading, or harmful to store operations or other customers.
Prohibited website use
Customers may not misuse the website, interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, use automated methods in a way that disrupts the service, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Suncoast branding, original site content, graphics, product presentation, and other original materials may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission except where applicable law permits.
